Over the first two innings, the opposition walked seven times, reached on two fielding errors, hit by pitch twice, and one bloop single. That led to a 5-0 lead. The top of the third saw things go right. The comeback in the third began with back to back singles by Alston and Mohr; a HBP for rookie Ignacio Zamora to load the bases. Bozsoki hit a sac fly to right to plate one; Garcia singled to left driving in a run; Schloss walked; Swain singled driving in one, and scoring the other on an errant throw on the play; Harper walked; Hosono tripled down the right field line to score the final two runs of the inning. The team tacked on two insurance runs in their final at bat in the fourth. Mohr doubled to center and stayed there until there were two out. Garcia reached on a throwing error. Schloss tripled to right center driving in the team’s final runs of the day. The pitching problems early were due to a player pitching with the rubber ball for the first time. He pitched a third of an inning in the first inning, and 1/3 of an inning in the second inning. He ended up with 4 earned runs. Swain(W,4-4) relieved in both those innings, as well as pitching the final two innings. In his three IP, he struck out 7, without allowing a hit. Game notes: The Hawks have won 4 of 5 games...won consecutive August games for the first time Since 2007, when they defeated the Yokota Thunder and the Arrows...This was the second time in 2010 the team had scored seven runs in a single inning....Mohr now has 98 career hits, only three Hawks have 100 or more...<br><a href=../../websbfs/scorebook.cgi?ikzhp=hawksbc>WEBスコアブック</a></body>
